FAQ’S

Q: How much is your set up for artwork?

A: We charge no set up for artwork as long as the art supplied meets our specs. We require camera ready vector art in pure black and white line art. For files, we use CorelDraw or Adobe Illustrator EPS. If art is not supplied using the above specs, there may be additional set up fees incurred.

A: Our turn time is 2 weeks for engraved orders under 100 pieces. If order is in excess of 100 pieces, turn time will depend on stock availability

Q: Do you offer rush services?

A: Yes we do offer rush services. Rush is a 3-5 day turn if not faster. Rush charges are 25% of the order or $70 (P), whichever amount is greater.

Q: Can I add personalizations to the items?

A: Yes, the price includes the one location, identical engraving. If you have text changes from piece to piece that is $8(P) per change/layout.

Q: What if I want my bowl engraved on the front and on the back side as well?

A: Any additional locations for engraving, the charge is $8(P)

Q: Can I get a proof before you engrave my order?

A: Yes you can request a proof of your order when you place it. The proof charge is $20(P) for the order. Please specify whether you would like the proof faxed or emailed.

Q: I would like to order sets of coffee mugs or glasses. Do you have boxes?

A: Yes we do offer boxes. They are $3(P) each. They are white one piece mailer type boxes with a tuck lid. Most mugs and glassware can be boxed individually, in pairs, or in quads. FMI contact customer service.
